Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Returns are not accepted on sale items

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must meet the same return conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue

Return Shipping

  • Basemax covers return shipping costs

  • Our team will arrange the return pickup once your request is approved
